There are free to use public computers and contact centre staff are available to help you use our self-services online and do face to face surveys. Opening hoursOur customer contact centre is open for visits and calls from 9am to 5pm on weekdays (Tuesdays 10am to 5pm due to staff training). Christmas opening times Customer services including Guildhall reception will be closing at 1pm on Monday 24 December and Monday 31 December. We will continue to prove emergency out of hours cover over the festive period.
